When we went to Gyeongju, we stayed at this place called 사랑채, which kind of means “a place of love”… When we told people we were staying at that place they kind of laughed and asked us why we were staying there. It’s like for couples, so I guess it just seemed kind of strange that 3 girls were staying there. heheh.

We stayed in the family room, so we had our own toilet but no sink. :( The sinks were in the shower room and the shower room was communal. :( aka. guys and girls shared it and i kind of wish it wasn’t like that. Anyways, the last picture is of Bomun lake. We got a bit lost and were too impatient to wait for the bus but we really should have taken a bus. It took us an hour or two to walk around the lake before realized that we should take a taxi. Eventually we took a taxi and arrived at sarangche.

Hello, this is Christina. I am using this blog to chronicle my study abroad experiences at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea and the days approaching it. I will be an exchange student for Autumn semester 2011 and I hope to learn a lot while I'm there!
